Following the devastation by Storm Desmond which destroyed this proud club in 2015, much graft and toil has resulted in the recent successful rebuilding of a stunning new pavilion and club house.
The superb new facility has been built to make it flood resilient by being raised by 2 metres from the ground.
Appleby and Eden Cricket Club are in the First Division of the Eden Valley League and hopes are high that the fantastic new facility will also bring further success on the pitch, which was also renewed, at a cost of £850,000.
